Unheated Padparadscha sapphire 3.24 ct, Sri Lanka, GRS ID 1880

3.24 carats unheated Padparadscha sapphire from Sri Lanka. The gem has a nice soft pink color, which is typical for sapphires under the trade name "Padparadscha". As we turn the gemstone we can notice the presence of a light orange hue, while the main color is soft pink. There are some mineral inclusions in the sapphire, that indicate the lack of any tratment, even low-temperature heating. Classical cushion cut allows to create a beautiful ring with this unique natural sapphire. Its Ceylon origin and the lack of treatment has been certified by GRS.
